Independently assesses companies and records decisions, concerns and conditions for each deal.
Company Relations Directorate
Structures rounds with companies and follows fundraising, reporting and investor communications.
Operations and Compliance Directorate
Checks registrations, documents and regulatory requirements at each stage of the deal.
