Companies that are not listed
Take part in growing Brazilian businesses before a possible stock market listing.
We are in the registration phase of the platform. The first operations will be published here as soon as the process is complete. How the registration process works
How it works
Choose a company, read the dossier and assess the risks before investing.
Why do it
Before the step by step, what you actually gain from it. Six points, written without marketing and without promises of return.
Take part in growing Brazilian businesses before a possible stock market listing.
Compare offers at your own pace; nothing moves forward without your confirmation.
Costs, remuneration and conflicts are stated in the proposal and offer documents.
The dossier, risks and terms reach every investor alike.
Channels and frequency are stated in the offer; the current dashboard uses sample data.
Diversify across companies and sectors instead of concentrating on one asset.
None of these advantages comes without a trade-off. Read what can go wrong before you decide.
Investor journey
Each step happens at your own pace. Nothing moves forward without your confirmation, and no decision has to be made in a hurry.

Register online with the required data and declarations. The site provides information, not personalized recommendations.
Read the essential information, risks, costs and conflicts before comparing offers.
Confirm through the offer flow: transfer or signature. Ordinary withdrawal lasts at least five days from confirmation, without penalty.
Follow the channels disclosed in the offer, with documents and frequency defined in the agreement.
On the company side
There are six steps between the first contact and the next round. The essentials are here; the full process is on the raising page.
The review considers the company's stage, the use of proceeds and the goals. The proposal defines responsibilities, instrument, risks and costs before the offering.
Before opening, the platform checks the offer requirements. Intermediation requires a registered platform; offer exemption is not CVM approval.
The offering is published with equitable information, goals and notices. After it closes, the issuer provides the contracted information on the applicable deadlines and channels.
Before you decide
No platform replaces your own due diligence. These are the points that deserve the most attention before you confirm an investment.
The instrument, minimum amount, ownership and use of funds are in the deal dossier.
Equity and convertible instruments have different rights, risks and exits; check the contract.
There is no redemption: assess how long your capital can remain invested.
Review results and assumptions, including what happens if the plan fails.
Ask the issuer about anything unclear before investing.
Alternative investing can cause partial or total loss, with no guarantee of capital or return and no FGC coverage.
Before you go any further, also read the risk notices of the platform or check the answers in the frequently asked questions.
Next step
The platform registration is still in progress. Once it is complete, every published deal will show the dossier, the terms and the fundraising period.
