Understand the process

How it works

Four steps between you and the next company

The process was designed to fit your routine: review at your own pace, no pressure, and the same information for everyone.

  1. 01

    Create your account

Register online with the required data and declarations. The site provides information, not personalized recommendations.

    • Registration data
    • Applicable declarations
    • Strong password of at least 8 characters
  2. 02

    Review the opportunities

Read the essential information, risks, costs and conflicts before comparing offers.

    • Documents in Portuguese
    • Equitable information
    • Channel for questions
  3. 03

    Confirm your investment

Confirm through the offer flow: transfer or signature. Ordinary withdrawal lasts at least five days from confirmation, without penalty.

    • Confirmation according to the flow
    • Funds outside the platform's accounts
    • Deadline recorded on the receipt
  4. 04

    Follow the journey

Follow the channels disclosed in the offer, with documents and frequency defined in the agreement.

    • Periodic information
    • Equitable updates
    • Public informational default

Instrument types

Two ways to take part, the same care for your capital

Take part from inside

Equity participation

You acquire a stake in the company under the terms documented in the offering. The horizon may be long and liquidity is not guaranteed.

  • Direct ownership

Equity ownership under the terms documented in the offer.

  • Shareholder rights

Rights depend on the instrument, the law and the agreement.

  • No guaranteed result

Results depend on performance and exit conditions, without guaranteed returns.

Best suited for

Those who understand the risks and accept a long-term horizon, without expecting liquidity.

Entry with a longer horizon

Convertible instrument

The instrument is debt with conversion set out in the contract. Before conversion, the investor is a creditor, not a shareholder — and there is no guarantee of outcome or of liquidity.

  • Scheduled conversion

The agreement defines the event, deadline, formula and conversion method.

  • Credit conditions

Rights and remuneration follow the instrument and the law.

  • Conditional exit

Exit and trading follow the agreement, without guaranteed liquidity.

Best suited for

Those who understand credit risk and the conversion conditions defined in the agreement.

Two sides

One platform, two goals that meet

For investors

You want to assess companies with access to the same essential information as other investors, without promises of returns or suitability for your profile.

  • Essential information and documents for each offer
  • Risks, costs, conflicts, targets and deadlines
  • Limits, confirmation and withdrawal explained
  • Update channels set out in the agreement
Understand the process
