What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored by your browser when you visit a site. They allow the page to recognize the device, keep the session active and remember preferences, so that you do not have to repeat information on every visit.
We use cookies and similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, for three purposes: to ensure the site works, to improve the browsing experience and to understand how the pages are used.
Categories we use
The list below sets out the categories of cookies in use, the purpose of each one and whether your consent is required. Only essential cookies are activated automatically.
- Essential. Necessary for the site to work: they keep the session active, record acceptance of the terms and store security preferences. They cannot be disabled.
- Analytics. They measure, in aggregate, which pages are visited most and where there is difficulty in navigation, so that we can guide improvements. Activated only after your consent.
- Functional. They remember choices you have made, such as the interface language or the last offering you viewed, to make the site faster to use. Activated only after your consent.
Managing cookies in your browser
Every modern browser allows you to view, block or delete cookies in the privacy settings. When you block an essential cookie, parts of the site may stop working.
When you delete cookies, the site registers you as a new visitor and previously saved preferences are lost. You can also use the preference selection tool available in the cookie notice shown on your first visit.
Three steps to stay in control
- Open your browser settings. In the privacy and cookies area you will find the options for blocking, deleting cookies and for third-party cookies.
- Keep essential cookies allowed. Essential cookies preserve how the site works and the security of your session. Disabling them may compromise access.
- Review and delete them periodically. Deleting cookies from time to time reduces the amount of tracking accumulated on your device and renews your saved preferences.
Consent and the LGPD
Law No. 13.709/2018 (LGPD) requires clear consent for the processing of personal data collected through non-essential cookies. That is why analytics and functional cookies are only loaded after your choice.
Refusing consent does not prevent you from using the site: the pages remain accessible, only without the features that depend on those cookies. You can change your mind at any time.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated whenever the range of cookies changes, whether because of new features, new analytics providers or a legal requirement. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
Material changes are communicated through the cookie notice and, when they significantly affect your experience, through a message in the account area.
Cookies are part of the processing of personal data. To see the full picture, read the Privacy Policy.
